Not that I plan to record it, but I am SOOO retaining... I'm up 7 lbs in 1day! How crazy is that? I bet that little bastard TOM has something to do with this...

Woke up this morning and my rings were tight...going to drink lots of extra water today and flush it right out. Can't be TOM for me, since I don't have that problem anymore.

I think we should find TOM and beat the bastard! I retain like crazy around that time too. 7 pounds in 1 day is a crazy amount though. Drink lots of water and watch the sodium I am sure you will be back down majority of that tomorrow lol
