I have been doing very well. I really like this diet. Once you get past the first two weeks it is not bad at all. I still have not added back on a lot of phase two foods but I don't feel deprived of anything. I have been keeping up with all of my workouts. I will weigh myself tomorrow.

It really is pretty easy to get adjusted too. You just have to get those first 2 weeks under your belt. Great job!

when you start to add items in...add one per day per week...and move on from there...great job so far and good luck
