All new low achieved today! 205! YAY! Down 31 pounds since just over a year now... BMI had dropped from 34.8 down to 30.3... just above the 30.0 "obese" range! "Overweight" is right around the corner! LOL Since i haven't worked out in OVER 2 weeks due to a variety of medical "issues", i FINALLY think i'll be getting to the gym tomorrow! I'm feeling ALMOST back to 100% healthy :)
I went to a charity bowling event last night for my nieces, and bowled two games... haven't bowled in 2 years... after not having bowled 4 times in 10 years... ended up bowling a 212 the 1st game, and a 205 the second game! I was on FIRE! I ended my regular bowling leagues over 15 years ago with an average of 177 tops... Last night i couldn't MISS the pocket. I feel great! I'm ready to rejoin a league, and get my average up from there.
