I gave in today to my temptations of McDonald's Chicken Nuggets and French Fries. My biggest addiction is the Fries. I need help. :(

Start eating more baked potatoes. Then you'll be like - why am I eating these fried sticks when I could be sinking my tastebuds into a hot, buttery (Smart Balance), fluffy baked potato.

If you check the calories and work it into your day, you can eat those and still lose weight. Even though you are dieting, you still need to be able to eat out sometimes and get things you like. You can't spend the rest of your life not eating things you want or you will go off your diet and regain everything. Work stuff like that into your plan. I know people who eat out every day and still lose weight regularly. Just remember eating out has lots of sodium, so you need to drink plenty of water. Getting the kids chicken nugget meal is a good way to get the food and watch the calories. You can also get a side salad if it doesn't fill you enough. There are lots of sites online that will give you the nutritional information on restaurants. Good luck!
