Venting frusteration:
I think all this cold weather and rainy day blues are getting to me today. I just need...well, I need to put it out there.
Here it goes....I just want to feel COMFORTABLE in my own skin again. I felt great when I was 160lbs (I'm a curvier girl and when I'm this weight it looks GREAT). I just want to fit in my cute clothes again. I'm really trying to not judge myself too harshly, but I am just soo disheartened by the fact that I am over 200lbs by 20lbs!!! I remember 2 years ago thinking that it was bad that I was 180! Now that sounds like a dream, a dream!
Well, on the brighter note, I can see what I am eating. I must say I'm doing pretty well portion wise now I can log and see what I actually eat. That was a big problem for me is not realizing how much I was actually eating. NOt to mention the great support I am already getting on this site.
Thank you for listening to my subconcious feelings that are spilling from me like word purge.

Just push through it!! Rainy days have a way of making you blue, and want comfort food! lol. But you can't change the past, only make better decisions for the future! You got this!! You CAN do this!!! :)

You are taking the first steps in taking control of your weight. It can sometimes be a bit overwhelming but so much better to start now than wait, like I did, until I ballooned up to 340 pounds.

So honest, I know and hear what you're saying....when I started fatsecerert, I was 240 lb's, the most I've ever weighed...even full term pregnancies. I am almost under 200 now...and my goal is 150. You are doing great like me you own where you are ....and you know what you can be ...how you look, how you feel and how others see you at your goal weight. My best advice is track the food...stay true...and I look forward to you achiving your goal...and all the others...along with myself. Have a great day...warmer weather is on the way.
