It's sad to say, but I will have to delay the start of my exercise... not indefinitely... just postpone... I have an injury that I have to take care of. I'm starting to think that if I was dieting like I should have been, I wouldn't have this injury. I won't really postpone the exercise. I'm sure that there are other exercises I can do that doesn't require me to lie on my back or anything. I'll do a little research and see what I come up with. I am determined to start this.
