Today has been ok. Started off with eating an omelete. Then I had a little bit of a heavy lunch which consisted of Mexican deliciousness. I'm having the left overs for dinner. I started a challange of not eating after seven, however my break for meal is at 7:05 but I figure a few minutes won't hurt, plus I stay up later than usual due to my long hours into the night. With this new challenge in my life, green tea and water have/will become my best friends. I'm going to incorporate activity into work tonight and stand at my desk instead of sit for awhile. Any little bit counts :-)

Sounds like you have a Great plan today!!! And try lemon water as an appetite supressant. I saw someone post about it on another journal and it's working pretty well for me. Just add lemon juice to water. Easy Squeezey. :) Sometimes with challenges you have to tweek them just a little. So instead of no eatting after 7pm. Make it 8pm. if that works better for you. Just make sure you stick to it in the long run. I've let the 'just this one time' thing ruin my track record before. XD Currently I'm going cold turkey on sweets, If I let myself have a little taste, I know I'll have more. So None for me! :) But I do find healthy alternatives to sweets. Yogurt, cereal bars, chocolate protien shakes. Have a good evening!!

Oh no! I just did a bad thing and ate twix and some fritos on my break. I'm not going to be diheartened by this but I am a bit disappointed with myself. I am not injesting anything else at this point, however, I know I can do better. I am the same way about sweets, one and it's a done deal. I want to quit them from my diet as well. I figure I would start out by not eating after 7/8pm and that would be a wonderful kickstart. I just had to confess. My guilty conscience was not going to stand for it!

log it!! Accountability has a way of helping. And know you had it tonight might help with tomorrow. Try some granola bars for break time, and some water. I use to love the nature trail mix bars. ^_^ Fruit and nut and dark chocolate were my favorite! That or some greek yogurt if your work place has a community fridge. Fruit is also a healthy filler! Just keep moving forward you got this!
