Once again it is Sunday and I am hoping for a big loss on Tuesday. I have done well this week and was an overachiever in the exercise department. In fact I am forcing myself to take it easy today. I still may have to get on the treadmill for a little while today. Or do some conditioning exercises. The goal to be below 200 is really driving me right now. I have the Grand Canyon trip coming up in March and it would be so great to have met my 2nd 10% by the time I leave for that trip. My skinny sister keeps telling me slow loss it GOOD. And mentally I know that, but it can't come off fast enough for me. I have been working on this since August of 2008, but in reality I have been dealing with it all my life, so what is six months in the big picture? I will keep on trying to keep it in perspective and hope by December of next year that the picture will be ready to frame, hang on the wall and dust (maintain) for the rest of my life. The cravings for sweets comes and goes. Some days I don't have the slightest desire to eat over the required amount for my sustainability, and some days like yesterday, it takes everything I have to keep myself out of the cupboards and on track. I have heard of the mysterious tribe of people who eliminated sweets from their diet and lost the desire for them, I wonder if they are grouchy, and morally superior? :>))
