Early 2014 Confession:

I was a VERY BAD boy the past two days... and haven't had access to my work gym for 1.5 weeks. It's no wonder I'm going in the wrong direction! Sigh... Going back to the gym today... back to journaling today... back to tracking my intake today... Back to a healthy lifestyle today... wish me luck!

Best of luck!! I just started the gym again yesterday and felt great after my workout. Just keep positve and remember your goal
