I was reminded tonight of why I hate Walmart with a fiery burning passion.
Also, if it isn't hard enough to maintain a nice healthy diet at school, it's just as tough at home...especially when you stay with your grandparents. I swear I've had to push away like 30 sweets out of my face just today.
I ate some pizza (which I haven't had in forever) it was amazing...But I was able to buy a few things for myself to keep myself on track.
Bought some apples and bananas, greek yogurt, some steamed broccoli...and some honey to go with my greek yogurt since it'a nonfat and plain. Which I had to get because everyone always eats all my yogurt in the house.
I'm going to increase my calorie intake this week, but I'm also upping my mileage of running. So...let's do the damn thing!
