Well, running was a total bust yesterday due to the cold, my throat burned so bad, I placed a scarf around my mouth, but ended up inhaling a bit of the loose threads at the end. It was probably pretty funny to anyone that was watching...but not for me.

It has warmed up quite a bit here today though, so I will be going running today.

You do the same! You can do it. I find it that even when I don't want to do something I decide to minimal and at the end...I just end up doing the whole thing.
