Well, running was a total bust yesterday due to the cold, my throat burned so bad, I placed a scarf around my mouth, but ended up inhaling a bit of the loose threads at the end. It was probably pretty funny to anyone that was watching...but not for me.
It has warmed up quite a bit here today though, so I will be going running today.
