I'm 72 kg/158,4 lbs, 6 weeks post-partum for a 5'5'' heigh. Expected to lose weight faster, but well , that's life. My days now contain anything from 5minutes to up to 1 hour of exercise. I wish this extra weight would come off faster, but it doesn't. 1kg /week or 2 pounds/week, sometimes even less. I can't cut down too much of what I'm eating (breastfeeding) but can eat healthy. Anyway with this crazy schedule bearly have time to touch food.
