Day 2 and I feel like I am starting over. I totally caved last night during the bowl game - lots of snacks and a couple beers. Definitely 4:00 on is the most difficult part of the day. Luckily, I have to 'work' this evening and there is no food. So as long as I come home and go to bed, I'll be fine :)

Hang in there! I have come to the conclusion that it isn't so bad to cheat as long as you do it in moderation...I have not lost much weight lately, but have kept off what I have lost and that is how I am doing it, hopefully with the new year and my new goal I will get there, but I think you are doing great! ps...my hubby got me the beach games for x-mas along with the Wii Fit, very awesome!
