1825 is my calorific goal today. My weight loss has slowed now following an initial period of rapid weight loss, but this is how it goes and it looks like I may be heading for the predicted 1lb per week on average loss. So, if this is the case, I am right on track to get to the 70kg goal I set myself to reach by new year 2010. I am very excited about reaching this goal as I haven't been that weight for a long time.
