Yay! Happy to see that the choices I've been making are still working! I don't really restrict anything for my "diet" it's just portion control and making a conscious effort to choose healthier foods. My exercise is very sporadic, nothing close to a routine. But I keep at it and maybe I'll get better 😁 day by day. I put on pants I haven't been able to wear in 3 years yesterday. So happy!
