Found this site. Since I'm always having to fiddle with my food and macros (can't count how many times I had to Google "high carb low fat foods" 😑) I thought I'd share. It gives helpful tips and even a little chart that separates foods into macro categories! Hope you guys find this as helpful as I have!

Everyone has that pile of clothes tucked away. In the bottom drawer, in the back of the closet, in totes. You know the ones I'm talking about. Whether they were given to you or you bought them without trying them on first but you keep them anyways for years! Through several moves, and you won't give them away either because "they might fit one day". I have small stacks in my closet of various sizes even! My scale has barely budged in 2 weeks and I was feeling frustrated. So while putting away laundry I saw those clothes on my top shelf....and they fit! I'm now wearing a size that I haven't been able to wear in 3 years! No change on the scale doesn't mean that there's no changes! Huge boost to motivation once again that I'm doing the right thing! Small changes all add up to big progress!
