Haven't been doing so good with my eating or exercising. I really do need to get my motivation back along with my mind back on track. Going back to work should not send me back in time with my weight & overeating/junk food. I was determined before, I can get that way again! My main fault is emotional eating, like thousands of obese people; I just need to replace the food with exercise. I can do this! I can do this! I will do it, I will do it!
