Have been on the no eating after 7pm challenge for a few days, and I have to admit I feel lighter. Saw a lower number on the scales this morning and I'm hoping it stays for my weight-in post tomorrow morninng. It is a hard challenge for me, snacking late has been a bad problem for me. I'm taking one day at a time....and giving it my all.
