no weigh in today as not at home but still managed to get some exercise in this morning in the hotel "gym" this experience just confirm that i am in NO WAY a gym bunny. running on the treadmill folled by the eliptical and back to the treadmill was THE MOST BORING thing EVER!!!!!
i covered approx. the same distance as i do every morning on my walk with the Luske dog but i def enjoy the outside walk much more even f we do the same route all the time. this cuold get a little difficult though due to the weather starting to get significantly worse then again the dog wont walk himself so will just have to get some good boots and put on my winter coat. maybe we can up the pace a little and burn more calories i'm sure Luske wont mind although he hates the rain as much as i do! another thought though the fact that he comes in dirty and wet means that i have to do more housework to clean the tiles in the wet room so an even bigger calorie burn!! GLASS HALF FULL BABY!!!!!
