Ok.. back from another trip to town, and a challenging food senario.I did good on one day.. not so good on the next. I did not get much exercise unless you count combat shopping.
It is now butt ass cold here..and I am wondering how motivated I will be to get up and exercise tomorrow morning. I hope I can do it...I have to weigh in on Tuesday and that is not very far off.
Yuck....
