Plateau....I am getting tired of this and have reduced my intake and stopped the drive buy picking of my kids snacks...we shall see. I know I need to increase my exercise as soon as my plantar fasciitis gets under control I am all over it.

What kinda shoes do you wear at work? I used to suffer from severe plantar fascitis until I switched to Dansko....just a thought :)
