Ok.. today I am hungry. Not sure what that is about, could be my body is once again trying to match exercise with food intake...I was starving at lunch and now again at dinner. I am smart enough to know the difference between real hunger and something else, and this is real hunger. I did not up my calories enough over the holiday to create a major deficit issue, so will have to tough this one out. I am trying to eat water bulky foods such has fruits and veggies.

I have also come down with a episode of Labrinythitis...which makes working out a big freaking pain. I had to bag out of Yoga tonight cause I just spin when I put my head in less than level positions. Anyone else out there have a problem with this bugger of an illness? I am trying to do what I can and hope this is of short duration. It can last 6 months or 6 days, I never know. It hits without warning and cannot be treated other than water and motion sickness drugs. I HATE IT! I have had it since the early 90's.

On a good note, the pants I bought that were supposed to get me through the winter, may not make it. They are already bagging in the butt! Wohoo! Size 14 here I come, my next stop on the weight loss train.
