Busy night at work but the bike ride home was sweet. Nice weather with a drizzle of moisture. I actually enjoyed it. Slept the day away and woke up slightly sore so I opted to take the day off from the gym. I will be riding my bike home in the am though. Tonight and tomorrow left to work and I will be off for 7 days. I can not wait. It is much easier for my success not to flip back and forth so much when it comes to my sleep pattern. I love having my normal work schedule back. Protein before my work out and after my work out yesterday did help the cravings. I am just ignoring the scale at this point. I will wait till the weekend for my weigh in. I have never taken my measurements but I plan of having my DH help me when I am off and we shall go from there. Have a good night everyone.
