Weekend is here and to say I am sick of my own cooking is an under statement! Nothing looks or sounds good if I have to make it myself. Last night I tried to make boneless skinless chicken breast cooked with chunked up cabbage. It was awful, the chicken breast was tough and the cabbage could have cooked a little longer. I was just trying to be creative!
