Don't think I'm going to be able to report any weight loss for tomorrow's weigh in and it's really discouraging. At least I am still trying to make an effort.

You never know, you might wake up a pound or two lighter. Get plenty of water tonight. If not, just keep on plan and it will happen. Your doing great. Look at your chart.

Thanks for the encouragement! I actually gained a pound or a pound and a half, but I'm just going to stick with the plan. I might actually try to change the diet, maybe stick to only healthy things.
