I eat a very high calorie breakfast to power me through the day. And for the rest of the day I will eat one piece of chicken for lunch and an extremely light dinner maybe a fruit or vegetable of some sort like bok choy. and I try to stay under 1600 calories a day

Yeah i have been noticing a huge boost in my energy levels. I eat a large breakfast and a really small lunch and barely anything for dinner. As long as i stay under 1600 calories i will lose weight. i started off with the keto diet which worked but had negative side effects like gout and constipation. i have switched to a healthier diet packed with nutrients. i will take more pictures of my daily meals. work has made it difficult to stay focused on the posting my meals. by the way i measure all my meals ingredients by grams and get a very accurate calorie count.

I am trying to stay at 1500 calories a day. When I asked my doctor he said not to go less than that..even though I have a few times. I will take advantage of my extra calories on special occasions if I need to. Have a great day.
