Spent the day at the Winston-Salem Air Show, walking for hours, then sitting & standing to watch the planes...man did I get burnt. Eating healthy at such events are impossible when they only offer fattening cheeseburgers & hot dogs! All that walking can do nothing to burn off the fat I had today, call today a cheat day. Would have took more healthy choices but coolers weren't allowed. Tomorrow is another day!
