Been reading about the banana diet, ppl say it works. To me it looks similar to any diet that says to take a fruit in the morning and have different foods in the afternoon. It started in Japan and there are forums online about it, what ppl eat how they eat. In my food habits the biggest failures continue to be random eating, though I eat 3 times/day I find myself eating also in between meals, and also eating too much carbs, too little protein, not enough sport. I sometimes eat in late hours, but at least im trying to eat fruit...

In the nutrition book ive studied it said to eat at most 1 fruit /day, plety of veggies, last meal before 18.00. And I'm far from that,I like like eating fruit allot, I like sweets also.Maybe keeping this journal of food will help in making eating habits more stable and less eating in between meals and also cuting eating after 6 o'clock.

Also have to take in some sport, 10 minutes of yoga/pilates and walking cannot be called exercise. for me exercise means running(which I hate), or dancing(which I like, especially latino), swimming, and other proper sports. Maybe even Yoga would do the trick if I would treat it seriously.
