I'm still a big mess when it comes to protein-fat-carbohidrate ratio. I'm eating too little protein, thing is I don't like meat too much and I'm more vegetable fan. Also sport...today didn't do...there's still some time to do at least 15 min of floor routine, or some walking, though hard to cope as program is starting to become hectic.
