i stuck to my plan. I worked out hard every day and I lost no lbs. I did notice that my close are fitting loser and my leg muscles are bigger and more defined, so I'm happy with that. I recently donated blood and found out that my blood pressure had come way down into the normal section. Also my cholesterol had dropped from 214 to 174! Oh Yeah!
142,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 6,4 kg.    Sisa: 58,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
