I think I need to devote some time to revamping my "diet". I really despise that word. Diet = Die + T. Yeah. I know I have a lot of food allergies. One of them being wheat. I'm also allergic to soy and chicken. Not chicken products but chicken meat itself.

I am seriously considering doing a combination of the Blood Type Diet and the Eat Clean Diet. It's pretty close to what I'm already doing anyhow but I want to get more specific with myself. Recording what I've been eating lately has proven that I'm not getting enough calories. I know how much havoc that wreaks on my metabolism. I'm not even drinking enough water!

In the past, advance planning helped me to lose some weight. It was a very slooooooow progression of loss but it's better that way, right? I do know that I need variety. Some foods I could eat every day and not think twice about it but for the most part, I need to seriously start counting calories.

When I don't, I have a tendency to cater to cravings. Luckily, the cravings for junk food is far and few between. I crave stuff like sushi, watermelon (haha - right here on the floor next to me, waiting to be cut up!), baked potatoes, cheese, etc. Not McDonald's (although I had some the other day and it promptly came back up!), not KFC, or any other fast food junk trap. The mere thought makes my arteries harden.

What are your cravings and weaknesses? How do you overcome them?
