well went and weighed in for my weekly weight and have gained a lb little discouraged but just have to try better next week I know I cant loose weight every week but it does discourage u when u feel like u ought to have lost some but u have gained better next week gotta keep goin and smiling

If you know you didn't do what you should be doing, then make this week a good week. Track all your food honestly. Watch the bites, licks and tastes (they add up fast). Drink your water. Watch your sodium intake. Watch the processed foods (tons of sodium). Get in your lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Get active!
