Its time to get back at it. I have been very slack in exercising and in my eating the past 5-6 months. I will be running in the morning Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 20-30 minutes. I will be keeping better track of my meals. We've been eating out way too much in the past 5 months out of laziness so I am going to try to limit us to once a month if any at all.

I am very disappointed that I have let myself slip again. I worked hard after I had my son 3 years ago to lose all the weight I gained an even more! My goal is to lose at least 15 pounds in the next 3-4 months. Wish me luck!!
