Day #3 - I walked in to WW today and just said ... Let me pay my $9 and skip the weigh in! I knew that a whole month had gone by and I didn't do anything to try and get back to my goal. However I'm here and I'm trying. Every day is a new day and I really need to stick to the commitments I've made to make myself feel better. I was however down .6 from last month ... so at least I didn't gain! Hahah Now the month of November will be the month that I get down to my goal weight! I have 1 month to lose 8 lbs! That is very do-able. This morning I made whole wheat bagels and put fat free cream cheese, turkey bacon, tomato and cucumber and served it to my children. The kids liked it and it felt really good to eat something other than the sugary cereals I have been eating lately! Alright ... well today is pretty much Halloween here in Utah, and I would like to stay away far far away from chocolate! Hahah ... that is my big goal today ... I did however have a piece ... but no more! I'll check back in tomorrow!
