Bottom line I eat too much during the day and I have to start to tone it down calorie wise. Cold here in the midwest so I think my body feels it has to really eat more to survive and that is silly. I will just have to keep working on losing the weight and keep praying. I also have to calm down a little as I have too many things to worry about not good.
