Only my first week and already at a plateau, kind of discouraging.

1749 kkal Latihan: Berjalan (Lambat) - 3 km/jam - 30 menit, Berjalan (Jogging) - 8 km/jam - 30 menit, Istirahat - 15 jam, Tidur - 8 jam. lagi...

VERY NORMAL...This is the phase when most people get discouraged. The first week is easy dieting. After eating so much before you start a diet, your body is full of S$#% and water being retained. So the first week all of this goes out your system. The true diet starts the second week and you hit that plateau. It is very easy to get over the plateau by slightly increasing your activity level...You don't have to go to the gym for hours..Start with 30 minutes on the treadmill or a walk around the block..Within 48 hours you will see 0.5kg or (1Lb) disappear. BE PATIENT and STICK to your plan. Once your over the second week, you start developing new habits (psychologist say it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to develop a new habit). Then, you will see results as long as you are realistic (1 kg/per week is very reasonable and realizable)
