Got home yesterday!! I was so exhausted in the last week I didn't pay much attention to what I was eating, and to be honest, chocolate ice cream was on the menu on a few of those days. I came home expecting to have gained 10 pounds, and I had actually lost 1. 1 pound in 3 weeks isn't a great result, but at least I haven't undone any of the hard work I did. Off to the gym to get back on the C25K wagon, and trying out my new BodyMedia Fit for the first day! Pretty excited, I got the display, and it was cool to wake up and see how many calories it said I had burned while sleeping. :)
