was supposed to be a high day today which means I eat 1500 calories. Well, got talked into a pizza buffett for lunch because it was a chance to habg out with people I never see. Needless to say even with my restraint, I am over 1500. I probably will not be hungry for dinner though so hopefully some exercise will even things out.
