Discouraged yet once again after losing weight a couple of weeks ago I have now gained it back. I don't usually have much luck with keeping track of what I eat in fact to be honest I don't. I have tried a couple of times but I guess I am just not committed enough. I have people concerned about my weight and health but so far I have not been able to commit enough for myself. I walk almost everyday about 45 minutes most of the time winded. I am tired so much of the time. I used to drink diet soda and nothing else but many months ago I finally gave it up completely and since then I drink more water than I ever have in my life. I think I need to go easier on myself those are two major accomplishments. I need to remember it takes baby step.
