Im baaaack. I havent been on here in some time. But I have a half marathon coming up and would like to drop a few pounds before hand. So my diet plan is the south beach diet. And of course walking at night.
117,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0 kg.    Sisa: 18,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
