Im baaaack. I havent been on here in some time. But I have a half marathon coming up and would like to drop a few pounds before hand. So my diet plan is the south beach diet. And of course walking at night.

So recently I have been kicking butt with my weightloss, like in the last month. So then the past two weeks I started eating stupid again.....ya know where you think youre pregnant or something so you can eat everything times two. So I was at a play place on saturday with my kids and they wanted me to come climb through it. I had just eatin on the border, chips, cheese, salsa, and emphanadas. soooo good. I was super exhausted and was also drinking a frappachino. lol what the hell was I thinking. Oh and my pants were feeling super tight.....;eeekkkk. So I climb through it and crawl. And we get to the slide and I was laughing and then I felt like I had the wind knocked out of me. It was so scary. I went and sat down. SO I got back on my low carb and hoping to fit back into my skinny jeans for my date by sat
