I am back to reality after last nights -.4 loss at the weigh-in. I am ok with that this week, cause it was my Birthday and I was very social all weekend. I kept it to a dull roar and I am good with that. I know that there will be times when I have to be realistic about deprivation. I don't want to end up resenting my friends with awesome metabolism...like my sister, who eat and drink without even thinking.

I am still hard at the exercise game. I did get some depressing news this week from the Physical Therapist. I apparently have spent the last 48 years walking around on one leg that is shorter than the other..and it has messed up my whole structure. I don't use the "right" muscles to do anything. Looks like I will be re-learning some of my exercises, and it may slow down progress. Hopefully it will strengthen the right spots and give my over used back some relief.

I am headed off on a working vacation on Friday. I am going with my ww pal and that will help both of us to support each other, but I am still a bit apprehensive. We are both very close to our 10% and it would be great to come home on the 14th and celebrate our victory together. So that is what we are shooting for...I will have my computer and will try to track food the best I can while on the road.
