Time for bad news , good news.

You want the bad news or the good news first?

Okay, bad first: I ate 3 Reese's cups.

Good news, I stopped before I did even more damage. Not to mention, those guys were definitely sweeter than I remember them being.

Have to remember not to beat myself up...we all make mistakes. I am only human and it's not like I can't fix this. Besides, once I do lose the weight, I am going to want to eat them and figure out how to maintain so now I have to figure out how I can eat them and not let them ruin my whole diet. Dinner time is almost here, just over 1000 calories so far....light dnner...I got this!

Good job! Look up the nutrition. I discovered that the huge Payday I ate last week had 14 grams of protein. Like you, I just juggled it into the rest of my calories for the day. We deserve a treat once in a while.

Awwww Girl! Were they calling your name from the kitchen? Pete brings home Glazed Doughnuts (just for me because he wants to make me happy) but the damn things sit out there and whisper my name in the middle of the night... "Staci... come and Eat Me! You know you wanna." Even when I put them in the cupboard so I can't see them.... they just start yelling at me, "EAT ME.... EAT ME!" (He's now under strict orders not to do that any more!) Now do NOT... I repeat... do NOT beat yourself up! Just don't do it any more! LOL Actually, Johanne is right! We do deserve a treat once in a while! But Girl... get some sort of plan in place for the Halloween candy that is just a few weeks away. I've gotta run... going to get Cole and head over to the Club House for dinner. I've saved my calories for the feast. Hopefully there's good food tonight! I'll talk with you later. (((HUGZ)))

I agree with the others. It is okay to have a treat now and then and you really didn't go overboard. I know myself that there has been plenty of times before I decided to get this weight off that I would have eaten WAY more than 3 of those. So it shows that you have gained self control and knew when to stop. I have been able to not be too tempted by many of the things I use to bing on....but I still do have one weakness. ICECREAM. And not just any icecream....Ben & Jerry's Coffee Heath Bar Crunch. I still eat it now and then, but then I watch what I eat the rest of the day, don't beat myself up and immediately get right back on plan.
