My first loss in a looooong while!! It is small but it is a start. I plateaued on Atkins and although I loved it, it was too hard to maintain and all my weight came back. Since Jan. 2010 I have lost 30 pounds over a few different diets. I am calorie counting now with exercise and one spike day.
