What a good day I had! I stuck to my food plan so well, that I am not even hungry for the container of healthy snacks I made. Yippee! If I can keep this motivation going for a week I will be so thrilled! I have found from experience that a person needs 2 weeks of their food plan in order to be focused enough to stay on it. It takes that long to be rid of craving and be resolved that "this" is what I will eat and not "that". Good evening FS friends see you tomorrow.

Right on!!! Keep it up 😊👍💛 Very interesting about the two week thing. I have heard that same length of time in regard to changing other habits as well.
