Need to work on cutting back on the junk food and calories. Started Couch to 5K program and that should burn some calories as well.

Will take the weight maintain, especially since I didn't stay under 1500 calories like the dr told me to. Better than a gain like it was earlier in the week! Making a concerted effort to cut back and exercise more this week.
