Boy, found a bunch of muscles that I havn't used for a while. Did a pretty decent workout on the elliptical the other day and it felt great. My legs were like rubber, but it felt wonderful. The next morning was a different story. I could hardly walk. My calves and outer thighs were well exercised and let me know. They didn't really hurt, but were very seized up and tight. It was brutal to go up and down stairs (actually it was really funny). But, I got back on and did a little more to loosen up and it helped for a while. Did another workout this AM, but not quite as hard or long. I will work up to the longer times, but need to be able to walk.
