My 2nd workout which is the 3 mile walk with Leslie Sansone...I used feet only lol! Arms were saying heck NO! I pushed myself so hard during my first workout with Jillian Michaels that my arms were not in it to win it during Leslie S. But I didnt skip a beat with my feet (I wear 4 pound wrist weights and 6 pound ankle weights during the 3 mile walk vid). I kept moving when I really just wanted to sit myself down so that's positive lol! Anywho, I feel really good, healthy, and strong right now. I like that I feel strong. There's just something so positive about that feeling. Motivated to keep moving to reach my goal! Healthy body, healthy life! :D
