Good morning fellow losers. I didn't do very well over Thanksgiving and had a big gain. Now I am into the 2nd day of the 7 day soup plan to get the extra baggage off. It is actually pretty filling and you get a lot to eat. Today is a vegetable day with all the veggies I can eat plus the soup. For dinner I can have a baked potato with butter. At the end of 7 days I am supposed to lose around 10 pounds. I am skeptical but we will see. The food plan is healthy and every day is a little different. I can have a bowl of the soup anytime I choose. Anyway it isn't going to hurt to give it a try. I hope everyone is recovering from all the food that was available last Thursday and that we can get through 2 more holidays without any damage.
