I lost 2 more inches from my waist and 1 inch from my thighs (each) but I weigh the same (163). I started using The Firm workout which was fun but I had a hard time keeping up with the moves. I feel lighter overall, even though I weigh the same, but my body just has a lighter "feel" to it.
Since hubby can't eat protein, we've been eating mostly vegetarian (lots of salad and cabbage dishes) with fake meat and I've been eating brown rice while he eats white rice. All these veggies give me gas!
I can't complain though, he's feeling better and so do I. I'm hoping to make it to a size 8 by Dec 2nd (I have a luncheon to go to) and I'm fitting into a size 10 now. Yippee!!
